To constantly upgrade the internal SOP’s to create more streamlined company with transparent KPI tracking and goal setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责1. General Office Management 2. Finance and accounting: budgeting, forecasting and reporting. 3. Investor and director reporting. Business plan management. 4. Internal systems and information management process flows. 5. Legal: Manage project specific legal due diligence and compliance. 6. Marketing, Brand Management and Sales Support: to manage the daily output of our design dept to offer quick and effective support for our brands.To manage and grow our sales driven marketing initiatives and websites. 7. General investor & gov relations. 8. To Manage our Internal Goal Setting, reward and Corp Culture Management: 9. General HR: Grow and maintain an A player team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Strong Work Experience in China and ability to speak Chinese well.• Proven track record in creating and managing budgets and financial reporting.• Strong Background in creating and managing internal systems. • Positive attitude, flexibility and must be a problem solver. • Self-Motivated and Independent with Strong Leadership skills in managing a team to drive results.• A passion for delivering superior results and an ability to manage complex relationships.• Experience working with Local Gov Departments. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent，MBA preferred.• 5 to 10 years of general management experience in a high level operations role or some prior general management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
