Qualifications:1. Minimum 2 years of experience in online gaming or internet projects; experience in leading or working in high-performing teams is a plus. 2. Proficient in development and optimization within Linux environments; familiar with shell scripting. 3. Strong experience with MySQL database design and optimization; experience handling large-scale data and performance tuning is preferred. 4. Solid understanding of common design patterns and development frameworks; capable of independently analyzing, designing, and deploying projects. 5. Familiar with distributed caching systems; experience in large-scale caching system implementation and optimization is a plus. 6. Experience in high-concurrency or high-stability commercial projects is highly desirable. 7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism; hands-on, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges. 8.
