Responsibilities: 1. Overseas processing plant network communication new product ODU/ONU import, specific import plan formulation. implementation, process monitoring. 2. Collect and confirm orders and product information before import, and release them to overseas factories. 3. Overseas processing plant production capacity, line body, NRE and other related information confirmation. 4. Overseas processing plant new product introduction process related technology, quality, line erection assistance, if necessary, on-site follow-up solution. 5. After the introduction of NPI, organize trial production summary and closed-loop follow-up of problem points. 6 . Coordinated handling of daily problems in the mass production stage of the processing plant.

Qualification: 1. More than 3 years of NPI work experience in network communication products, familiar with NPl import process, familiar with SMT/DIP/TEST/ASSY process of network products. 2. Experience in new product introduction of Netcom products such as set-top box, router or PON or experience in new product introduction of mobile phone/RF products is preferred. 3. Familiar with DFX, PFMEA, IPC standards, quality related knowledge, and have practical application experience. 4. Experience ni connecting with overseas customers' products or NPI projects of Huawei, Apple and other products is preferred. 5. With good logical thinking, problem analysis and solution ability, reporting ability. 6. Good written and spoken English, with basic listening and speaking skills.
