1, Communicate with customers to meet their requirements and expectations and help define project specifications such as functionality, appearance, structure, materials, quality and testing standards, legal and regulatory requirements, etc. 2, Collaborate with R&D to conduct feasibility studies when necessary. 3, Develop and manage the new product development plan, tracking all actions to ensure activities are in line with the new product development plan and customer requirements. 4, Review product designs and prototype approvals (including reliability testing and compliance certifications). 5, Ongoing communication with the customer on product development and modifications until the product meets the customer's overall acceptance criteria (functionality, cost, and time) and is put into volume production. 6, Support or lead Supply Chain Management Project Management and R&D with customers as needed to ensure a clear technical understanding of customer requirements as well as company capabilities and deliverables.

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and technology. 2、Fluent in English listening, reading and writing. 3、More than 8 years of relevant experience in structural design, mould, NPI, sufficient knowledge of hardware, plastic and electronics. 4、Have the ability to communicate directly with overseas customers, meetings, technical discussions. 5、Can use 2D, 3D software, with electronic knowledge.
