1.Responsible for IT equipment operation and maintenance: Inspection, maintenance, configuration changes, data backup, and emergency response plan formulation for equipment such as computer rooms, network switches, firewalls, internet behavior management systems, servers, and storage arrays. 2.Responsible for IT information system operation and maintenance: Operation and maintenance of systems including SAP, OA, DingTalk, Huilianyi, and ipguard (covering production, R&D, sales, finance, HR, and supplier relationship management), as well as requirement analysis and changes. 3.Responsible for IT asset and account management: Procurement, selection, maintenance, inventory management of IT assets such as mobile phones, computers, servers, network devices, and IT office equipment; management of accounts including SAP, email, NAS, and mobile phone numbers. 4.Responsible for IT education and training: Providing IT education, training, and guidance for general staff. 5.Responsible for IT project coordination and implementation: IT budget management, IT security audits, network weak current projects, computer room construction, and projects related to SAP, OA, etc. 6.Responsible for the maintenance and management of IT office equipment: Installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software systems, computer setup and debugging, and Windows system upgrades.

Fluency in Japanese is required, as communication with Japanese staff is necessary.
