- Manage a team of 5-6 people initially and report directly to the Group Manager - Fundamental equity research including but not limited to research report writing for targeted companies, financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation - Other tasks include leading communication with Japanese clients, outlining project, scheduling, quality checking and monitoring progress - Evaluate team performance - Coaching and mentoring to analysts

Native Japanese Manager - Financial Services - Native Japanese speaker with a good command of English - 4-5+ years of experience in equity research or related market research - Sound understanding of financial statements, extensive exposure to financial model building, knowledge of different valuation metrics, and solid experience in financial writing - MBA in Finance or additional qualification such as CMA or CFA would be an advantage but not mandatory - Proficiency in Bloomberg or Reuters will be a plus - Excellent interpersonal skills
