Plan lesson contents and teaching activities for middle school students with different English proficiency levels. Motivate and encourage students through innovative teaching approaches. For homeroom teacher role: Create a positive learning environment and encourage student interactions to enhance their English proficiency and learning skills. • Deliver Science and/or Math lessons in accordance with school's curriculum framework • Collaborate with other teachers to build an engaging and inspiring learning environment for Science and Math • Enhance students' knowledge of Science and Math; Support students with special talents in Science or Math by recommending development opportunities and providing extra tutorials if necessary • Design and organize Science or Math themed activities and competitions • Maintain effective classroom management • Keep accurate records of student attendance • Develop long-term, short-term teaching plans and daily lesson plans for assigned classes, outlining teaching objectives, contents, and supporting resources required for daily teaching • Occasionally cover classes for colleagues • Assist with Learning Week, International Day, Summer School, study trips and other activities when possible • Assist with other student activities when possible • Communicate with HOD and Principals as required • Coordinate and cooperate with teaching staff of other subjects • Offer after-school clubs based on personal expertise and interests • Actively participate in the school's House culture construction

• Native English speaker • Bachelor's degree or above in Science / Math / Sociology Education or related fields • Valid teaching license from home country is preferred • Proficient in teaching methodologies of relevant subjects • Understanding of and ability to teach students of varying abilities • At least 2 years of teaching experience in international schools is mandatory
