You will be responsible for curriculum development, teacher mentorship, and the operational success of your department or grade level. Key Responsibilities: ➢ Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment, and resource allocation for your department/grade. ➢ Lead, mentor, and conduct performance observations for teaching staff. ➢ Facilitate professional development workshops and collaborative planning sessions. ➢ Analyze student achievement data to drive academic improvement initiatives. ➢ Act as a key liaison between senior leadership, teachers, and parents.

Requirements: Native English speaker with a passport from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Ireland, Jamaica, or South Africa. Master's degree in Education or a related field is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience + 2 years in a coordination or leadership role. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
