Job responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment of mid-to-high-level talents: Assist management in identifying talent needs and positioning based on the company's strategic development, conduct mapping work, formulate strategies for recruiting mid-to-high-level talents, and ensure successful talent delivery. 2. Development of recruitment plans: Based on the company's strategic development needs and short-term, medium-term, and long-term talent demands, organize the formulation of recruitment plans for various departments and effectively manage them. 3. Construction of the recruitment system: Responsible for building the recruitment system, optimizing, and improving recruitment policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with priority given to majors in management or marketing, and prior experience managing a headhunting team; 2. Over 5 years of dedicated recruitment experience in core cross-border positions, successfully leading multiple recruitment projects for key roles in cross-border e-commerce, possessing abundant recruitment channel resources and talent sourcing experience; 3. Extensive interview experience and skills, with excellent communication and coordination abilities, sharp observational skills, and strong analytical and judgment capabilities.
