- This position will be required to provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Exchange 2016/SharePoint 2016 systems, which will include hardware/software upgrades, design, implementation & validation of data migration efforts based on project requirements. - Provide expert technical support for exchange 2016 migration projects. - Provide day-to-day O&M support for mail service systems including exchange 2016, Skype and BES services, providing L1/L2 problem determination and resolution. - Follow necessary change management processes to execute daily changes, this includes pre-deployment testing, deployment of changes to production servers and post change validation. - Provide recommendations, experimentation and implementation of improvements to system optimization, improvements using necessary change control methods. - Analyze and resolve user email and instant messaging system (Skype) issues. - Collaborate with regional counterparts to deliver services to a globally consistent production environment.

- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Exchange Server 201x support, maintenance and administration. - Understanding of server operating system (windows/linux/VM) installation and basic configuration. - Experience with Exchange 2016 system upgrades or migrations - Ability to gather business requirements and objectives from users and management and recommend and implement solutions based on this data. - Basic understanding of clustering, HA solutions. - Ability to learn and quickly master new applications and technologies - Excellent written and verbal verbal organization and communication skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Enterprise product applications: AD, SCCM, Skype will be preferred. - Ability to work with people from different countries and cultures. - Ability to provide support as needed during off hours.
