Job responsibilities
- TO FOLLOW UP THE ORDERS FROM ORDER RECD TO THE SHIPMENT STAGE
- TO COMMUNICATE FACTORIES ON ORDER FOLLOW UP ,
- TO REPLY CUSTOMERS AND FACTORIES EMAILS AND QUERYIES ON TIME
- TO MAKE SURE THE ORDERS ARE IN CORRECT TIMELINE AND MEET THE DELIVERY DEADLINES,
- TO FIND TIMELY SOLUTIONS FOR PROBLEMS ARISING IN PROCESS
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin
- 1 or 2 years experience in china in clothing business
- Should be able to handle the orders from start to end from receive a new order to shipment of the goods,
- Should be ready to travel frequently for visiting factories ,production follow up,
- Should have good communication skills ,
- Should active and problem solving attitude,
- Should be aggressive to get meet the delivery deadlines of each orders,
