Job responsibilities
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution • Competitive Intelligence: Have a clear analysis of all competition on domestic and international market, and Benchmark the best ideas • Work closely with financial and sales department to help serve customer and company needs in the most profitable way. A good example here is working directly with sales people for improving their sales associate skills and competencies • Create strong relationship with Marketing team of our distributor • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, and much more • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social networks and blog that attracts and converts our target groups • Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals • Coordinate, manage and monitor the marketing with various departments in the organization. • Set up clear KPI to sales and MKT team • Tracked, analyzed, and delivered monthly Sales KPIs, Sales activities, and Sales Pipelines Metrics reports along with insights and actionable solutions. • Report on the project progress and performance including metrics such as completion rate, delivery rate, approval rate, and resources recruitment.
Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor- Master Degree in Marketing, overseas background appreciated • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing in a multinational environment, related to B2B business • Experience in the solar or renewable energy product is a plus; Familiar with distribution channel d development • Experience marketing generalist and a successful record as a contributor in a business partner role delivering business priorities • Good teamwork skills / leadership • Communication skills and networking ability • Good organizational and planning skills • Adaptability • Result driven • Strong attention to detail • Ability to think creatively and innovatively • Commercial awareness • Skills to create, manage and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with advertising and other types of managers. • The ability to lead and motivate a team • Skills to analyze, observe and monitoring market trends • An initiative person who have a positive attitude to everyone • The ability to understand customer needs and desires • Familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production etc…
