Title: Market Operation Senior Manager Base Location: TianjinReport to: Director of Education and TrainingDuties and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for organizing and planning the community operation activities of global social platform; completing recruitment, training, duplication and transformation of the social community; 2. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of overseas social community training system; 3. Responsible for the establishment of the global KOL training system and creating KOL of the company 4. Responsible for team management and support talent training in overseas regions;

Qualifications and Experiences:1. Bachelor degree or above; foreign nationality. Experience in media and KOL development is preferred.Working Proficiency of English and Chinese required; 2. Deep understanding of global mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Facebook, instagram, etc. Knowledge of the community operation mode and strategy. Knowledge of the community fission strategy. Good understanding of fans recruitment strategy of local main social platform in overseas regions; 3. Well known of social platform community management, KOL training experience is preferred; 4. At least two years working experience.
