1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Vietnamese company's comprehensive affairs and drive the advancement of overseas market operations; 2. Oversee business liaison and negotiations for the Vietnamese company; execute procurement and marketing strategies; 3. Track and collect receivables according to the stipulations in contracts. Report and seek guidance promptly when issues arise and handle them effectively; 4. Build teams, recruit and select personnel, provide training for current employees, manage employee performance, and supervise the daily work of foreign nationals; 5. Coordinate with related group affairs and perform other associated duties. These responsibilities require a manager who is capable of overseeing multiple aspects of the company's operations in Vietnam and ensuring smooth functioning across various departments and functions.

1. A minimum of two years' managerial experience in both the marketing department and functional departments is essential; 2. The candidate must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, high levels of execution, excellent communication skills, and adeptness at coordination; 3. They should be quick-thinking, have an extroverted disposition, and display emotional stability; 4. No undesirable habits or behaviors should be present; 5. Preference will be given to individuals who possess any of the following qualifications: fluency in Vietnamese, prior work experience in Vietnam, or a history of working abroad.
