- Mainly responsible for the company's mobile product quality assurance work, undertaking App product functionality, performance and other testing tasks. - Daily project pre-release and production quality analysis. - Reporting, tracking and summarizing bugs and assisting developers in RCA (Root cause analysis). - Suggesting improvements to the product to build a good user experience and suggesting improvements to the project to improve the overall efficiency of the project. Qualifications - Preferred software testing experience in iOS/Android/Web/BackEnd; Preferred computer, software engineering or related majors. - Knowledge of software testing theory, testing methodologies, testing processes, etc. - Proficiency in the use of common testing tools: e.g. Jira/Charles/fiddler/adb, etc. - Strong troubleshooting skills, and be able to collaborate with various roles for problem solving. - A strong sense of responsibility, working patiently and with a sense of feedback. - Ability to communicate fluently in English.
