1. Search influencers or agencies through various channels such as Tiktok/Facebook/Instagram/Youtube to facilitate cooperation. 2. Cooperate with influencers and agencies to join the platform, determine the details of the cooperation content, sign a cooperation agreement, and follow up the needs and changes in the cooperation process. 3. Monitor the publicity effect and feedback of influencers, analyze the data, put forward suggestions for improvement, and optimize the implementation plan of cooperation projects. 4. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

1. Possess strong market analysis and marketing planning capabilities, and be able to formulate appropriate influencer cooperation plans. 2. Have strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills, be able to communicate and cooperate effectively with influencers and agencies, coordinate resources of all parties, and ensure the smooth implementation of cooperation projects. 3. Possess strong operational and project management capabilities, be able to effectively organize and manage influencer cooperation projects, follow up project progress. 5. Possess a high sense of responsibility and executive ability, be able to bear the pressure and challenges of work. 6. College degree or above, with more than 1 year of KOL business experience, familiar with the influencer market. Experience in signing contracts with influencer or agencies is preferred. 7. Telecommuting is acceptable.
