1. Classroom Instruction Plan & deliver play-based English lessons for children aged 2-6 using songs, games, and storytelling Implement EYFS/IB PYP framework (training provided if needed) 2. Child Development Conduct weekly progress assessments through observation records Design individualized learning activities for children with special needs 3. Classroom Management Maintain a safe, inclusive environment following international kindergarten standards Supervise daily routines (circle time, meals, nap time transitions) 4. Parent Communication Lead bi-monthly parent-teacher meetings (in-person/virtual) Create monthly learning portfolios with photos/videos 5. Professional Development Attend weekly curriculum workshops Participate in 2 cultural exchange events per semester 6. Compliance Follow all local education bureau regulations Complete daily health & safety checklists

Locations: Shenzhen, Suzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou Start Date: Before December 1, 2025 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood Education/Preschool Education majors preferred) At least full-time kindergarten teaching experience (Special Education experience accepted; private tutoring/training center experience not eligible) Native-level English speaker Outgoing personality, passionate about child education, strong classroom engagement skills
