Responsibilities:1) make weekly curriculum plan and prepare lessons according to the teaching plan, and teach English words and daily spoken English to children aged 2-6 years old;2) prepare and teach regular classes, activity classes and game classes;3) responsible for daily teaching management, dealing with emergencies of students, and managing students well;4) make different teaching plans for children of different ages, and timely adjust and rectify problems in teaching;5) participate in various training, teaching and research, lectures and conferences organized by the kindergarten;6) participate in the assessment of the early development of 2-6 year old children, effectively communicate and guide with parents, and feedback students' learning situation;7) cooperate with the publicity and enrollment activities of the park.
