Job responsibilities
Familiarity with inquiry-based, play-based, or child-centered teaching approaches.
Strong ability to engage very young children with warmth, patience, and enthusiasm.
Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
Ability and willingness to collaborate effectively with local teachers and staff.
Healthy, with a strong ability to manage the physical demands of working with toddlers.
Open to different kinds of culture and family educational ideas.
Has the flexibility to follow kindergarten rules and arrangement. Has the flexibility to occasionally work in weekend for open day activities or other activities.
Cover the other classes’ ESL class when it is needed.
Job Requirements
Experience of teaching toddlers (1.5–3 years) in an early childhood setting.
At least 2 years experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to young learners preferred.
