Job responsibilities
SUMMARY - Manage and maintain all assigned accounts, identify future business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships. Work closely with project management and engineering teams to identify commercial and technical issues, troubleshoot and propose solutions to meet cost and time targets. Key Responsibilities: 1, Initiate RFQs for Minth NA and Minth Overseas, oversee CFT quotation activities to ensure timely completion and obtain appropriate authorisation for the plant to undertake customer projects and assignments. 2, Submit and maintain all customer specific commercial documents related to Minth NA and Minth Overseas projects. 3, Prepare annual customer FX and material pricing plan submissions. 4, Maintain service parts pricing. 5, Identify and effectively work with Minth global teams to prevent customer issues from occurring and participate in customer issue resolution when necessary. 6, Builds professional relationships and establishes ongoing lines of communication with customers, supervisors, peers, subordinates, vendors, etc. to facilitate the achievement of performance standards . 7, Ensure target dates are met (related to ECR responses, quotes, etc.) and communicate relevant information in a timely manner. 8, Identify opportunities, recommend and implement projects and ideas to increase productivity, reduce costs and work with factories to implement technical cost savings. 9, Understand and participate in project manager meetings to develop and implement APQP plans and feasibility discussions. 10, Collaborate with manufacturing support staff on process issues for new and existing products and understand and maintain the knowledge base of existing and potential products. 11, Maintain and update company pricing record files, logs, forecasts, and other business records as necessary. 12, Handle all financial outstanding issues such as piece rates and tooling for all assigned customers and ensure that all purchase orders are issued, received and settled, including all related follow-up activities. 13, Researches and understands market pricing to maintain competitive analysis and current competitive benchmarking data and provides new business quotes to Account Managers. 14, Provide customer sales and production information to assist in the development of budgets, forecasts and annual customer savings plans. 15, Participate in the development of presentations and contract negotiations. 16, Assist Vendor Quality or Quality Department with any commercial issues related to the assembly plant or warranty. 17, Assist Quality Department in maintaining customer ratings. 18, Research and recommend job-related communication or technical development activities such as technical courses, seminars, etc. to improve job performance. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is preferred, or those with equivalent work experience are preferred. 2. At least 5 years of work experience in the sales field. 3. Experience in customer portal websites for Ford, Stellantis, General Motors, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, and Volvo. 4. Excellent negotiation, planning, authorization, and organizational skills. 5. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, able to analyze data and trends, prepare written letters, and prepare written letters and presentations for administrative level meetings. 6. Be hands-on, proactive, result oriented, and driven by a mindset of continuous improvement. 7. Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. 8. Must be a team oriented professional who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 9. Has a high sense of responsibility, good judgment, excellent execution ability, and initiative. 10. Able to complete tasks before deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. 11. Ability to work in a team environment, proactive, and able to work independently under daily supervision. 12. Able and willing to travel around the world.
