Italian company looking for technical managerAn Italian based international group of middle size, specialized in the production of electro-mechanical actuators and motors for the industry of automatic opening for home and buildings, in order to enhance the technical skills of its Chinese subsidiary (based in Hangzhou), is looking for a candidate with proven experience who can organize, manage and control both the Company internal production and third-party suppliers. The chosen candidate shall control the quality of components and semi-finished products, assembly lines and output quality, and production system inside the plant, with particular attention to assembly lines and quality control systems. The ideal candidate to fill the role of Technical Manager, should have the following features: - Technical, Mechanical or Electrical engineering background (bachelor’s degree or higher)- Knowledge of Italian Language and fluency in English, Chinese will be a strong plus- Previous experience inChinain electric or mechanical components manufacturing plant- Previous experience as production manager, purchasing manager strongly preferred.- Experience in managing and negotiating with suppliers- Experience in outsourcing components, accessories (for internal production) and finished products from third parties.- Proven track record in supervising and working in a team.
