We are looking for English teachers, Economics teachers, History teachers and Psychology teachers. The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Teach students English at various levels in Native-English environment; · Prepare and develop long-range and daily plans in advance that are appropriate for students and consistent with curriculum taught. · Be responsible for implementing different types of assessment, providing high quality feedback to students and using assessment to plan instruction; · Be responsible for preparing and implementing sit-in exams of the school to check students’ learning; · Maintain accurate records of assessments and handles records professionally; · Provide college counselling services and guide students to develop academic interests and career goals; · Act as the mentor for students and make regular talks with the students. Listen to their problems. Give them encouragements. Stimulate their interest in learning. Build their confidence and help them to improve their behavior and academic performance with appropriate boundaries; · Work with fellow Chinese English teachers on lesson planning and peer coaching; · Participate in professional development with faculty members and administrative staff; · Attend weekly staff meetings or other school meetings; · Contribute to extra-curricular activities and events. Attend special events held by the school; · Interacts tactfully and ethically with families and colleagues and contributes to the school as an organization; · Communicate regularly with families concerning their children’s performance;

· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Education, English preferred; · Appropriate English language teaching qualification, and at least 2 years’ experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL); · Native English speaker preferred; Experience in the development of courses and/or training teachers preferred; · High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team; · Understand the difference of teaching systems and methods between Chinese and western and be willing to accept new teaching modes; · Demonstrated cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
