1. Provide legal support and services for the company's projects or related businesses, aiming to mitigate and prevent legal risks. 2. Draft and review various business contracts (including both Chinese and English contracts) and legal documents, participate in contract negotiations, and handle daily legal consultations. 3. Manage the company’s litigation cases and other litigation-related legal affairs. 4. Assist business departments in managing risk control throughout the entire process, providing professional opinions and suggestions. 5. Review external promotional videos and advertisements across the internet. 6. Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law with at least 5 years of work experience, preferably with experience in the logistics industry or corporate legal affairs. 2. Passed the legal professional qualification exam. 3. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred. 4. Strong comprehensive judgment, logical analysis, communication, and coordination skills. 5. Positive attitude, proactive work style, and strong stress resistance. 6. This position requires assignment to countries such as South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the Netherlands, or the United States.
