Job responsibilities
As a Outform Interior Designer, you will create and develop overall design concepts, formulate design presentation strategies, and provide creative process leadership to multiple design teams through all phases of projects. Responsibilities: #Design and plan complex interior design projects of varying scales: shop in shop (>10sqm), pop up store (>50sqm), small store (>100sqm), mid level store (>200sqm) and flagships (>500sqm) #Manage multiple aspects of client, project coordination, and general contractors including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants #Manage client relationships and team communication #Resolve complex technical and design issues #Lead design meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders #Prepare presentations, renderings, and other materials to elegantly convey design ideas #Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews #Process submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, etc. during construction #Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have): #Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architecture required #Registered Architect #12+ years of relevant architecture and design experience, with a strong background designing multiple building typologies of varying scale #Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3ds Max Candidate Requirements (Need to Have) #Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona), Revit, Rhino #Proficiency in Photoshop. Illustrator #Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills #Outstanding graphic presentation skills #Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents #Proven ability to lead and direct design teams and projects #Conceptual designer and thinker #Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona), Revit, Rhino Additional Skills (Nice to Have): #Experience with retail space design, point of sale #Experience with retail fixtures would be an added plus
