 At least 10 years working experience in industrial automation control and gas turbine control in power plant or other related industries.  Responsible for the establishment and update of the instrumentation equipment of the power plant.  Responsible for the preparation of operating procedures and maintenance procedures for power plant instrumentation equipment.  Responsible for the fault handling of all instrumentation equipment in the power plant, and timely submit the fault handling and analysis report.  Responsible for the development of regular inspection, maintenance and overhaul plans for power plant instrumentation and implementation.  Responsible for the on-site installation and commissioning of the power plant's new investment control system equipment, the power plant equipment expansion and transformation, and the supervision of the instrument part of the technical transformation project, as well as the supervision and rectification work of the project's legacy defects.  Responsible for technical verification of the instrument plan submitted by the construction and construction party before the new construction control system and facilities are put into operation and make recommendations on the safety of the program to ensure that the control system plan is technically safe and feasible.  Responsible for regular inspections of power plant generator sets and BOP system equipment, timely detection of hidden dangers of control system equipment and timely elimination.  Responsible for regular inspection and maintenance of power plant SCADA system, PMS system and CCTV system and related instruments, such as sensors, transmitters, etc.  Responsible for the regular inspection and maintenance of the emergency generator set control system (PLC) to ensure that the start-up system is safe.  Responsible for the management of the spare parts/materials of the power plant and make regular inventory and account updates to ensure that the spare parts application and consumption records are clear.  Responsible for the formulation of the spare parts and materials purchase plan for the maintenance and maintenance of the instrumentation of the power plant, submit the MR according to the specified time and track the progress of the process.  Familiar with PLC control, DCS control, proficient in Siemens S7-200/300, S7-200SMART, AB Logix 5000 and other programming software and can independently complete the related control program writing and troubleshooting

 The general maintenance content as follows:  Check sensors and control instruments running condition.  Check and troubleshooting of the sensors and other instruments.  Regularly conduct the calibration for all sensors, transmitters, pressure gauges, etc.  Check all control valves, such as gas control valve, air control valve conditions, test all control valve and confirm all valves in good condition.  Check and fasten all system and instruments’ signal and control wiring terminals.  Inspect control console connections for cleanliness and security.  Check and maintenance fire detectors, CCTV and conduct the regularly test.  Check condition of thermocouples harness, check integrity of support grommets.  Test and calibrate package vibration monitor and associated transducers.  Check and calibrate all PLC I/O modules and PCL lithium battery.  Perform the troubleshooting of the control system program failures of the gas engine and other equipment.  Conduct the regular inspection and maintenance of power plant SCADA system, PMS system.  Participate and complete generator overhaul
