- Overall test and validation activities in automotive infotainment system domain - Create effective test plan according to project schedule, strictly control schedule is executed without delay - Flashing and coding, car/bench testing, ticket creating and verification - Coaching and controlling of team members, disciplinary responsibility for team members - Interface to the customer, project meeting and review

- At least 5 years infotainment/ Telematic (Headunit, Navigation, Media, Radio, Bluetooth, Driving assistant and ect) work experience and 3 years team management experience in automotive industry - Strong organization and project management skills - Good team management ability, passion for the job and the team members - Be familiar with the standards engineering toolset - Enhanced drive license and driving license is a must - Willingness to travel domestic or international - Bachelor or master degree in vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, IT, Telecommunication, computer science or related majors - Languages skills: fluent English and German - Advanced knowledge of the MS Office environment
