Job responsibilities
- Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment processes; - Provide support in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation package negociation, etc; - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions; - Establish HR data anaysis reports; - Lead organizational design, workforce planning and performance management according to the business needs;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. 3 years of HR/HRBP experience in the cellular technology industry; 3. Business proficiency in English, intermediate in Mandarin, ideally with previous experience in global support; 4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and keep track of activities 5. Team player with “can do” attitude 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 7. Work experience in an international environment is a plus; experience and interaction with Asian cultures is a big advantage.
