-Work experience as a Head of HR Operations, HR Manager or similar role -Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools -Good knowledge of labor legislation, employment law and modern HR practices -Leadership abilities -BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field -Proven track record in developing and delivering a people strategy -Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels -Ability to think and plan operationally and strategically -Communicate sensitively and effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of people -Leadership skills and ability to empower, motivate and to create a positive, inclusive team. -Financial and budgetary management with the ability to understand, manage and interpret financial information. -Personal resilience and an ability to cope with ambiguity, uncertainty, pressure from others. -Demonstrated knowledge and application of the computer and computer software, especially Microsoft Office and the Internet. -Ability to travel on an ad hoc basis

Must be willing to work in Shanghai, China. Work experience in China a must. Knowledge of law and payroll regulation. Trading - Oil & Gas industry experience preferred. Excellent communication, presentation skill in English.
