Job responsibilities
Mechanist Games is now looking for an HR Specialist to join our Istanbul (Turkey) office. You will be responsible to deliver effective HR and Administrative service that meets the business needs of the Turkey office.
Responsibilities
Daily operation of the HR department that consistently provides value added HR Service;
Recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary and employee welfare following with regional standards/policy;
HR and administrative tasks such as Visa application, employee insurance and so on;
Daily communications with local accountant and consultant companies;
Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above;
2.1+ year of relevant experience;
3.English-speaking capabilities;
4.Familiar with Turkey Labour Law;
5.Skilled at Microsoft Office software.
