Now, we’re looking for assistant to our president, German female most welcomeJob Description:1/ Assisting President to deal with daily work operations, coordinating the affairs of all functional departments;2/ Executing all administrative work assigned by President, including presentations, analysis reports and documents management;3/ Responsible for welcome guests and other external key customers;4/ Set up the meeting and arrange business travel, including airfare and hotel reservation;5/other tasks assigned by President;(login to view email)Best regardsHR
Job Requirements
Requirements:1/ Age 25 – 35, German, female, good appearance – can represent our company’s business image2/ Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Chinese (both oral and written);3/ Strong communication and interpersonal skills;4/ Computer literacy;5/ At least 3 years related working experience;6/ Excellent organizational and analytical skills;7/ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and capable of working under pressure;8/ Mature with pleasant personality.9/ can work in Shanghai for a long time, now in China
