Over 200 million accumulated users and millions of daily active users show the popularity of XM HT worldwide.Job Title: General Manager, U.S. OfficeResponsibilities1. Oversee U.S. office by recruiting, managing staffs and monitoring team performance.
2. Accomplish business development, marketing and Public Relationship objectives for Kika’s iOS and Android keyboard apps.
3. Be in charge of business development and build partnerships with cellphone manufacturers, carriers, content providers, and other strategic platforms.
4. Build Kika’s brand awareness and reputation via on/off-line marketing campaigns.
5. Build and maintain relationship with tech media outlets for press articles.

Job Requirements
Requirements1. U.S. native speaker, or Chinese citizens with 5+ years of local work experience in the U.S. , professional working proficiency in Mandarin.
2. Proven track record demonstrating your understanding of business development, marketing and PR.
3. Solid understanding and strong business acumen of mobile internet industry and Kika’s product.
4. Dynamic self-starter and well connected person with excellent networking skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work to in an entrepreneurial and multi-cultural environment.
