Requirements: - Degree in Architecture - Minimum 10 years of similar experience (including a minimum of 5 years in China) - Master planning and towers experience - Hotels and workplace emphasis - Very strong business development skills - Ability to manage an office (20 people) and time management skills - Good in written and spoken English
