Job responsibilities
• Provide full administrative & executive support to the General Manager by assisting with daily workflow. • Responsible for handling the company's external license applications and maintaining relationships with resources at all levels. • Responsible for the establishment, design, and implementation of the company's management system. • Execute the General Manager's instructions, facilitate communication between upper and lower levels, and report situations to the General Manager in a timely manner. • Supervise the implementation of the company's various work systems, rules, regulations, and standards. • Handle sensitive business and operational information with utmost discretion. • Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or operations support role (experience in gaming, lottery, or betting industry is a strong plus). • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
