Key Responsibilities： - Organize game testing to assess market acceptance of our new games under early-stage development on North American market, provide strategic insights to support our game project initiation decision. - Cooperate with our development and publication team to conduct game player researches focus on North American Market to find out a clear direction for game development and publication. -Design and conduct research projects individually, including but not limited to demand analysis, methods design, project implementation and management, data gathering and analyzing, report writing, to provide solutions to the research problems. -Monitor the performance of new games and competitors on North American game market, catch up with the changes of user demands and market trends, provide suggestion on the potential directions for game project initiation. -Research methods include but not limited to offline player testing, interview, survey, desk research and focus group meeting.
