Job Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for the teaching of Upper Secondary (English, Chinese, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Economics) (IGCSE & A-Level), formulate teaching plans, accomplish teaching objectives and participate in teaching and research activities; 2) To be student-centred and tailor-made to suit the needs of the students, cultivate students' independent and innovative personality, and value honesty, trustworthiness and caring co-operation; 3) Regularly tracking and evaluating students' learning, providing feedback to the head of the Upper School and discussing improvement options, and informing parents of teaching progress and students' recent situation; 4) Actively co-operate with the Admissions Teacher, Careers Guidance Teacher and Residential Life Teacher, and co-operate with and guide the students' social practices both inside and outside the school; 5) Be responsible for the whole teaching cycle of high school students, have a detailed plan and achieve the set goals. Requirements: 1) A postgraduate degree or above, or a Bachelor's degree for those who are particularly outstanding, with a specialisation that matches the requirements of the position, and a good understanding of the IGCSE and ALevel curricula; 2) At least three years of teaching experience, preferably with relevant teaching qualifications; candidates with overseas education background, international vision and education sentiment are preferred; 3) Teaching in English and experienced in online and offline teaching; 4) Love, passion and understanding of the subject you are in charge of, and have test-taking skills; 5) Good communication skills, care for students, respect for parents, solidarity with colleagues and love for the school.
