Job responsibilities
1. Customer Development and Maintenance: Actively develop new clients through platforms such as Alibaba, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, trade shows, and SNS social media. Follow up on customer needs and maintain good client relationships. 2. Order Processing: Handle import/export orders, prepare packing lists and invoices, and confirm shipping documents and bills of lading. 3. Document Organization and Archiving: Organize and maintain customer profiles and order records, ensuring proper documentation and archiving of relevant information. 4. Team Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments, assist superiors in completing tasks, and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Economics and Trade or related fields; Proficient in Mongolian and English, capable of using both languages for daily communication. 2. Minimum of one year of experience in foreign trade business, or outstanding recent graduates may be considered. 3. Familiarity with trade terms and international trade platforms, with an understanding of international business communication standards. 4. Able to adapt to short-term business trips and actively participate in offline trade shows and customer visits. 5. Proactive, responsible, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
