Document Organization and Archiving: Organize and maintain customer profiles and order records, ensuring proper documentation and archiving of relevant information. 4. Team Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments, assist superiors in completing tasks, and ensure smooth communication within the team.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Economics and Trade or related fields; fluent in English and Russian for normal communication. 2. Minimum of one year of experience in foreign trade business, or outstanding recent graduates may be considered. 3. Familiarity with trade terms and international trade platforms, with an understanding of international business communication standards. 4. Able to adapt to short-term business trips and actively participate in offline trade shows and customer visits. 5. Proactive, responsible, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
