Communicate with English speaking players, provide guidance and collect feedback. 3. Manage game data through custom KPI dashboards and use statistical data to evaluate and improve game performance and revenue for all networks and platforms in the English speaking region. 4. Analyze player feedback and game usage data to create new methods to increase player engagement and game revenue. 5. Analyze data and develop feasible and forward-looking recommendations for the game production team.

1. Native English speaker, from an English speaking country or residing in the area for over 7 years, with a profound understanding of local culture. 2. Chinese proficiency (advanced, HSK5, C1, TOCFL4). 3. Bachelor's degree or above. 4. Have a passion for electronic games, gain professional knowledge in a certain game type, and be familiar with player culture and vocabulary. 5. Proficient in using word processing programs, such as those in MS Office Suite. 6. Translation experience is preferred. 7. Careful, proactive, good at communication, and possessing team spirit.
