1, Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome in a professional and friendly manner. 2, Assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and room allocation, including handling any special requests. 3, Answering guests' inquiries and providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and facilities, including making dinner reservations and arranging transportation as requested. 4, Handling guest requests and any other tasks that may arise to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. 5, Keeping the front desk area clean, orderly, and well stocked with supplies. 6, Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, including being knowledgeable about hotel services and products and being able to provide accurate and useful information to guests.
