Job Responsibilities: Provide customers with a full range of investment and risk consulting services Advise on the appropriateness of fund structure and strategic asset portfolio; Participate in client meetings and provide performance monitoring reports, including critical analysis and insights on the performance of investment managers, independent reviews and intelligent exploratory questions of managers’ speeches; Participate in customer meetings and provide dashboards and asset-liability research reports, including providing insights based on customer goals and various risk and return indicators; Perform manager searches on behalf of clients, including the ability to identify triggers that may prompt managers to review; Strictly review the fund's investment policy and procedures statement, including recommendations on the best governance structure related to investment; Educate clients on various topics such as industry development and investment and risk management trends, manager style and investment products; Develop creative and cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs; Maintain and develop good customer relationships; Speaking at special conferences or seminars related to pension fund investment and/or pension risk management;

Other duties Peer review of work done by others to ensure compliance with technical, professional and ethical standards; Provide a wide range of investment and risk management knowledge resources for colleagues in other fields of practice; Participate in the formulation of proposals; Conduct investment market research and intellectual capital production for the development of marketing materials; and Manage special project requirements.
