Job Responsibilities: 1、 Responsible for the financial management of the company in Vietnam, including accounting, financial reporting and analysis, local tax compliance and compliance, expense management and contract review, etc., the preparation and reporting of all financial statements and business management statements; 2、 Have independent understanding and judgment of the business, and be able to discover improvement points from financial analysis to support management's decision-making and improvement; 3、 Optimize local business processes and financial management, and support the safe and compliant operation of local business; 4, to fulfill the headquarters requirements, regular work reports to the headquarters. Preliminary training is required to be conducted at the headquarters in China; 5、 Manage team members and provide necessary training and guidance; 6, other work matters arranged by the headquarters.

Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance and accounting, with over 5 years of financial related work experience and over 2 years of financial management experience. Experience in manufacturing cost management is preferred; 2. Vietnamese nationality, fluent in Chinese communication, with excellent English skills; 3. Having good professional ethics, excellent communication skills, logical thinking, teamwork ability, and quick learning ability, good at summarizing and thinking; 4. Familiar with Vietnamese financial laws, regulations, and tax policies, able to independently carry out financial management work for Vietnamese companies.
