Job responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Tax Management: Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's tax strategy, ensuring that all tax filings comply with relevant laws and regulations of the US federal and state governments. At the same time, by deeply analyzing changes in tax policies, provide reasonable suggestions to the company to reduce tax burdens.
2. Audit Coordination: Lead the internal and external audit process to ensure the smooth progress of the audit work, and promptly identify and solve potential problems to guarantee the accuracy and transparency of financial data.
3. Risk Management: Establish and improve the financial risk management system, identify, assess and monitor various financial risks, and propose effective control measures to protect the safety of company assets.
4. Tax Structure Optimization: Based on business development needs, design a reasonable tax structure, balance costs and benefits, and support the company's long-term strategic goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications for the position:
1. Work Experience: Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in financial management across the entire value chain of an American company (including production, research and development, and sales). The candidate should be familiar with the operation model of the manufacturing industry and be able to support the decision-making of all aspects of the enterprise from a financial perspective.
2. Language Skills: English is the working language. The candidate must have fluent written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with multinational teams.
3. Industry Background: Candidates with a background in manufacturing finance, especially in the fields of home appliances, furniture, home decor, or electronics, are preferred. Additionally, those with experience in factory financial management will have an advantage.
4. Location: The job location is in Texas, USA. The candidate must be able to adapt to the local working environment and culture.
