Job Description/Qualifications:Foreign European and American market Fashion Accessories Company based in Shanghai is looking for a Finance, HR & Admin Manager. - Preparation of operation reports and manages financial operation matters.- Monitoring the movement/ transfer of fixed assets.- Manage the Human Resource functions such as payroll, compensation and benefits.- Manage general administration activities- Qualified accountant with minimum 4 years experience- Pleasant personality, positive working attitude, matured and able to work under minimum supervision.- Good analytical skills and able to work in fast paced environment.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and work under pressure.- Provide effective monthly management reporting (P&L/Capex/Working Capital analysis) - Manage expenses of the company- Prepare weekly cash flow report- Ensure the costs are in line with budgeting & Operating plan and advise/working with management team to address the issues identified- Lead/coordinate/timely completion of the Yearly and bi-yearly budget/rolling forecast with management team- High financial analytical skills with strong commercial awareness and understand the operation/interaction of the different business functions;- Accounts payable and receivables. - Coordinate and manage customer and supplier payments via banking.- Knowledge and follow up on Letter of Credit and banking.- Point person in interaction of Finance- Report Directly to Managing Director- Deal with tasks that require computing, analyzing, compiling and preparing information from different sources- Good command of Chinese and English, written and spoken.- Other administrative assignment as & when required- Good knowledge and handling of Microsoft office programs- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting with CPA certificate and MBA preferred
