Operations: • Monitoring the factory operations • Taking corrective action when required • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations • Collaborating daily with all Department Managers (Purchasing, Sourcing, Engineering, Production, Quality, Warehouse), assign and delegate tasks • Involved in purchase price negotiation • Factory visits • Ensure quality and on time delivery • Creating and enforcing quality control standards • Sample checking • Working closely with Compliance team and maintain existing certification (ICTI, ISO9001, FSC, FAMA) • Motivating factory workers and staff to continually achieve factory targets Sales & Business Development: • Maintain good relationship with existing customers • Meeting customer’s expectation and demands • Develop new customer data base through prospection • Decision maker on selling price and margin • Participate to international fairs such as Gencon, Essen Spiel, Nuremberg Toys Fair… • Responsible for cooperating with company formulation and implementing marketing programs, supervising and implementing various promotional activities Finance: • P&L responsible • Review financial statements and make strategic decision based on this • Submit weekly and monthly financial report (Sales, EBITDA, inventory…) • Establish yearly budget Others: • Monitor staff performance including KPI reviews • Analyze areas where cost cutting can be done and strengthen the company's funding base • Assisting the HR department in hiring. • Providing training to the new employees

• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, or industrial field • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally within a factory • Strong management and leadership skills • Priority for those having experience in toys and board game industry, with strong knowledge of printing and plastic injection • The ability to multitask • Good understanding of all financial aspects, especially P&L analysis • Fluent in both English and mandarin (spoken and written) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills
