1.Receive systematic on-the-job training at the Chinese factory in the early stage, and go to India with the team in the middle stage to participate in the preparation for establishing the production line of the Indian factory.​ 2.Be promoted to the production management position in the Indian factory in the later stage, coordinate the management of the extrusion production line, and train local Indian operators.​ 3.Operate the extruder in accordance with production plans and process documents to complete the extrusion molding processes such as insulation layers and sheaths of wires and cables.​ 4.Be responsible for equipment inspection before starting up to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.​ 5.Monitor key parameters during the production process, adjust deviations in a timely manner to avoid quality problems.​ 6.Conduct first-piece inspection on the produced wires and cables, regularly inspect product quality, and shut down the machine for troubleshooting when abnormalities are found.

1.Able to read process drawings, production orders and work instructions, and master basic quality inspection methods.​ 2.Have certain ability to judge equipment faults and handle minor production abnormalities.​ 3.Be serious and responsible in work, able to adapt to shift work, and have a strong sense of responsibility and concentration. 4.A bachelor's degree is required, with priority given to those majoring in engineering.
