1. To teach classes as scheduled, 40hrs/week (including teaching hours and office hours) 2. To accustom kids (3-12yr) to western teaching methodology and improve their performances in English; 3. To prepare and have lessons as instructed with the detailed teaching guidance from our company; 4. To interact with kids individually and in groups through diverse and interesting teaching methods such as games, songs, drawings, demos,etc; 5. 1. Native English speaker, or non-natives with perfect English pronunciation; 2. Bachelor’s degree and above; 3. A minimum 2years teaching experience; experience in teaching kids will be a plus; 4. Enjoy being with kids; healthy, passionate, responsible; outgoing, with abundant teaching methods; 5. Accept to work in different places every day and unfixed work schedule; 6. Willing to relocate to another city during the contract period; 7. Over 24 years old.
