• Mainly works on editing Knowledge Base (KB) articles. • Query for KB articles that are assigned to edit workflow on a daily basis, prioritize urgent tasks. • Review KB articles, correct any mistakes in logic, grammar, punctuation, etc., make sure the content align to global English guidelines and MS style. • Work with writers to polish the articles and try to avoid any misunderstanding. • Publish articles if required and follow up on the publication. Make sure the articles go live on Microsoft platforms. • Main job: Microsoft Power Virtual Agents (PVA) articles' editing (Power Virtual Agents lets you create powerful chatbots that can answer questions posed by your customers, other employees, or visitors to your website or service. These bots can be created easily without the need for data scientists or developers.) • Other tasks assigned by team lead and manager.

• English native speaker. • Bachelor’s degree. • Be proficient in English, especially reading and writing is a must. • Basic IT knowledge, especially MS products, is preferred. • Detail-oriented is a must. • Team work spirit. • Good sense of time management. • Have at least two years working experiences after graduating.
