外籍教师工作职责 1.对工作具有高度的责任心，热爱学生，身体健康，能坚持正常工作。dedicate to cation with responsibility for teaching and caring for students.  2.服从管理，遵纪守法，按时按质按量地完成所担任的教学工作。abide by school regulations and management, achieve the teaching goal as schled with high quality.  3.协助我校对英语教师进行口语培训和英语教法的交流。assist chinese english teacher on the oral english training program and exchange the english teaching method.  4.协助学校对应聘教师进行口语测试。assist the school recruit team for applicants’ oral english test . 5.参加校内外各项英语活动。如英语日、英语活动课、英语竞赛，优质课评比等等。attend english activities held by school, such as english day, english outdoor activities, english petition and english class assessment.  6.参与学校培优活动、英语校本教材制定与修改工作。attend activities for advanced classes; assist the school to draft and revise the english teaching materials.  7.参与每月一次的例会、反馈与汇报工作。（例会参加人员包括所有外籍教师、公司教学主管和学校部门主管） 8.参加每两星期一次的年级组的集体备课。   attend the biweekly meeting with chinese english teacher to make lesson plans collectively.   9.任教期间妥善保管好办公室内外各种设施，爱护学校财物，节约能源，如有损坏请照价自觉赔偿。   keep facilities of the office and classroom in good shape, and keep energy-saving in mind. in case of any damage, foreign teacher should pensate according to the value.   10.讲卫生，保持教室和办公室清洁卫生。   keep classroom and office clean and tidy.

岗位要求: 1.Native English speaker， American ，British，or Canadian preferred. 英语为母语的外籍教师（英国、美国、加拿大本土人士优先考虑）。 2. has rich experience in teaching children/adults English，Enjoy teaching，good communication， organization and management skills. 有丰富教学经验，热爱教学，语言表达能力强，有组织能力能够调动学员的积极性，善于与学员沟通者优先。 3. strong personal charisma, sense of humor, knowledge widely;， be responsible for and be patient with students， be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit. 具有独特的个人魅力，幽默感，对待教学持有耐心、认真的工作态度; 具体团队合作精神。
