1. Primarily focus on planning, preparing and delivering reading and writing curriculum, which include teaching material, regular class, weekend class and summer/winter camps for students aged from 7-18 2. Coordinate and lead summer and school holiday reading and writing institutes for students grades 5-12 3. To assess and report students' progress on regular basis and liaise with parents 4. Provide a creative and fun classroom environment for students to learn English reading and writing 5. Prepare lesson plans and activities for class based upon the ages and capabilities of individual students

1. Bachelor degree or above; at least 2 years of relevant experience 2. A native speaker of English; Major in English, English Literature, English Teaching, Linguistics or other relevant majors 3. Energetic, patient and passionate in teaching young children 4. Strong English reading and writing skills; Training in reading and writing workshop preferred 5. Proficient with teaching equipment and MS Office software
