<> Bachelor’s degree [BA, BSS, BS] or higher from reputable* tertiary institution. <br/><> Two years teaching experience [preferred]. <br/><> TESL/TESOL/TEFL certification [120-hour minimum]. <br/><> Native English speaker.<br/><> Passionate about literature. <br/><> Technically proficient in understanding and explaining English grammar.<br/><> Strong written & editing skills. <br/><> Ability & willingness to effectively manage classroom environment. <br/><> Ability & willingness to work on a team of both foreign and national staff.<br/><> Ability & willingness to undergo training and coaching. <br/><> Ability & willingness to integrate into Chinese culture.<br/><> Working familiarity with messaging platforms such as WeChat, Teams & Outlook; software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, GradeKeeper, et al.<br/>*[Online degrees not considered.]
